That quick response allowed me the opportunity to schedule John Beal to repair my roof before more damage could occur. As of today, the repairs look great.

Excellent job as far as workmanship, came out and fixed problems immediately, found a broken corner on siding they replaced the whole corner, cleaned up better than I expected as far as finding roofing nails and materials in yard

I inherited a house from my grandfather when he passed, it needed a lot of work including a new roof. I was on a very tight budget and I knew that a new roof may not be feasible. I called John Beal and a salesman by the name of Greg looked at my roof and skylights. He went over all the options available including styles and colors. He was very upfront on the cost and told me that custom skylights were my best option since mine were so old and leaky. To my surprise everything was very affordable! Greg suggested storm cloud colored shingles saying that it would make my house stand out and he was right it looks amazing. The install went smoothly. A short time later two of my family members had hail damage from a recent storm, I was able to refer them to John beal and received a nice referral incentive. Greg was assigned to them as well and he worked with insurance, everything was covered except for their deductible. Very convenient. Thank you John Beal Roofing!

5 stars+! I recommend John Beal Roofing as a company to do business with. From first contact to the completion of the new roof. I signed the contract with Bret the salesperson on March 27, 2019, new roof was installed April 15, 2019. Ashley representative from John Beal kept me up to date, with phone calls followed by email confirmation’s! The installation crew arrived at the time and date scheduled. The crew worked hard removing the old roof, preparation for the new roof. Completion was done the same day, followed by a great clean up. New roof was tested by heavy rains April 18, 2019 that moved thru during the night. No leaks as expected. Excellent price, excellent customer service, and excellent installation.
