I had water dripping in my living room. After solid recommendations, we called. Within 2 hours on a Friday at 11 with rain potentially coming all weekend, they had Ray at the house with a tarp to cover the area…saved me before it rained that night. Matt worked all weekend (we had no history with them) and arranged material to be dropped and the work was completed by mid day Tuesday. That's crazy and unbelievable service. Everything looks great. I doubt if I would ever get a bid from anyone else if I ever needed roofing help again. Loyalty matters. They create that. Thank you.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to BROCK from JOHN BEAL ROOFING and THE CREW…. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Brock met the crew at my house, made sure i was comfortable with the crew, pointed some things out that they needed to be careful with and definitely made sure my property was respected. That being said, being a single female at home with her dog, I am so thankful Brock came to meet with the crew and made sure I was ok and everything went well as planned. The crew was professional, did an amazing job, cleaned up well after the work was done and now I have BEAUTIFUL Evergreen Fascia on my house. John Beal….Brock and the Crew made me SMILE!! John Beal Roofing's Todd Fyffe has been a fantastic point of contact and a consistent fighter against my insurance company's terrible adjusters and policies. Todd has stayed in consistent contact providing info and next step advice over months and months of fighting with state farm. I highly recommend and thank John Beal and Todd Fyffe.

They worked everything out with our insurance company so we did not have the stress of doing that ourselves. They were constantly in contact with us offering updates and answering our questions. Their work was high quality and their employees were all pleasant and professional.

John Beal performed a top-notch roof replacement for our townhomes for a competitive price, and they stand by the quality of their work, coming long after the last nail was in place to ensure everything continues to be great. We had to have plumbing done and a new roof vent installed, the Plumbing Company used an incorrect seal around the vent that started showing a leak causing ceiling damage and when I called them they told me only a 1yr warranty (I'll never call them again) John Beal roofing did our roof and i called them and they came out straight away and found that issue and repaired it. And though I was charged it was a very reasonable price. They are a great company to work with.

Worked with Patrick. He made the process easy, his communication was perfect, and everything was completed on time and as promised. Had a couple of hiccups along the way but Ana and Debbie, at the office, were super helpful eager to get things sorted out.
