What the free inspection actually includes
A John Beal inspector walks your roof — not the driveway. Every slope is photographed, measured and documented, and the written report is yours whether or not you hire us. No charge, no deposit, no obligation, and nobody sells you anything on the doorstep.
- Slope-by-slope photo survey — shingles, ridge, valleys, flashing, boots and penetrations
- Storm and hail assessment — impact marks, granule loss and wind creasing, dated against local storm history
- Attic and ventilation check where access allows — the cause of more roof failures than the shingles
- Gutter, fascia and soffit review
- Written report with photos, a repair-or-replace recommendation and an itemized price
- Insurance guidance — if the damage is claimable we say so, and we meet your adjuster on site at no cost
How fast can someone be out?
Most inspections are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. After a storm we run extended crews and are often out the same day. If water is coming in right now, call instead of filling out a form — emergency tarping is dispatched 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends and holidays.
No pressure and no surprise pricing
The report is yours to keep, compare, or hand to another contractor. If the roof has years left we tell you so — a large share of our inspections end with us recommending nothing at all. That is why our neighbors keep calling back.
