What we do
- Semantic headings in order, so screen readers can navigate the page structure
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
- Text contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA guidance
- Keyboard-navigable menus, forms and links
- Form fields with real labels, not placeholder-only hints
- Tap targets sized for one-handed phone use
- Phone numbers as tel: links so they can be dialed directly
Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state, and a site this large will always have pages that need another pass.

You never have to use this website to do business with us. Every service on this site can be arranged by phone, 24 hours a day, at 1-800-564-6232.
Statement date
This statement was last reviewed on September 16, 2026. No third-party accessibility audit has been performed to date — our WCAG 2.1 Level AA target reflects our own ongoing review of the site rather than a certified result. If we complete a formal audit, we will publish the outcome here.
