When Mother Nature's at her worst, we're at our best
That line is not a marketing slogan we bought from an agency. It is a description of the job. Roofing companies are judged on the worst week of the year — the night the sirens go off, the morning after the hail, the February ice storm that opens up a valley. Anyone can look competent in June.

What family-owned actually changes
It changes who answers for the work. A franchise crew rotates; a regional manager transfers. When the name on the building is a person's name, the complaint and the compliment both land in the same place. That is also why our visual identity has stayed deliberately consistent for years — same trucks, same uniforms, same logo. You should be able to recognize us in your driveway without reading the door.
How we grew
We grew the way a service company should: one market at a time, by being the company people called back. Today that is seven markets and 143 Cities, each with local crews and its own phone number rather than a central call center routing your address to whoever bids fastest.
Three things we will not do
- We will not chase storms and leave. Every market we enter, we staff and stay.
- We will not waive your deductible. Contractors who offer it are committing fraud and putting you in it with them.
- We will not sell you a roof you do not need. If it can be repaired, we will tell you — even though replacement is the bigger ticket.
Recognition
Top-tier certified with all three major shingle manufacturers, at every location. We are an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, a GAF Master Elite contractor and a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster. These are the highest tier each program offers, and reaching them takes years of installation history, insurance verification and warranty performance rather than a fee. Most contractors hold one. We hold all three, which is why we can specify the system that fits your house instead of the one brand that approved us. See our manufacturer certifications.
We are a BBB Torch Award recipient — an award for marketplace ethics rather than for advertising spend, which is the only kind of award worth putting on a website.
