Contacted John Beal Roofing 4-19-2019 regarding hail damage to my roof. Nate, the salesman worked with my insurance claims adjuster to determine the extent of damage to the roof. After the claim was made, the order was put in to replace the roof and the work began within about a week and a half. The crew worked very hard to tear off the old roof one day and install the new one the next day. Nate was very knowledgeable and great to work with to select the right shingles. Thanks to the hard working crew, the new roof was ready for the storm we had that evening. No water leaks! We are very pleased with our new roof. I contacted John Beal Roofing ( Ashley, awesome salesman!) after I was ripped off by Redeemed Renovations of Granite City, IL ( I filed my complaint here on Redeemed Renovations). John Beal quoted $5,000 for my front roof and deck roof, but ended up doing the whole roof. They came in with a week and half at 6:15 am and knocked it out in one day. The crew was awesome. They cleaned up the area very well. The workmanship was beautiful. I am ecstatic to finally have this home repair project done. My neighbor and I both have John Beal roofs and are very pleased with how it has turned out and best thing is we both have warranties that mean something.

I got 3 estimates for a tear off and replace of my roof, I chose John Beal because they were professional from the beginning. On time for the initial appointment (I left work and had to go back afterwards so that was very important). Showed me exactly what I was going to receive for my money, from the different materials available, to ratings and specs and warranties. Everything was packaged up for me to review at my leisure and compare to my other bids. No pressure to buy what so ever.
They gave me a estimated window of time when the job would start, which they hit. Kept me informed about the process of stocking the roof and what would happen the day of construction.
The roof went on, looks great, and clean up was excellent. They inspected the roof the next business day for workmanship and called to let me know my lien waiver was emailed.
I dealt with Matt D. as my estimator and Tara D. as the coordinator, both were professional and do their jobs well.
I would recommend John Beal to anyone who asks me for a roofing referral.
