John Beal and company, is the best thing since sliced bread!!! Quotes were lower than others. And jobs were done on time and with in budget. Even with the unexpected sheathing damages were called out on the estimate. Which also came in under-budget. They were also the only roofing company (out of three) that correctly identified the source of water intrusion. The crew even pacified a problem neighbor, who complains about everything, with a superb cleanup. This is the third re-roof that they have done for us.
