Excellent job, couldn't be happier. From selecting the color of the shingles to the final clean up, everything was done in a professional and courteous manor. The crew was so careful around my gardens. Not a single flower was broken! They were so organized and efficient and meticulous. Our roof is very pretty. The whole company is great. Everyone you deal with is happy to answer your questions and explains everything in detail for you, so there are no surprises. They have high standards on quality. What a pleasant experience. Had a roof installed last summer (2017) while I was not present. John Beal' s service is excellent in every way (workmanship, quality of roof and cleanup). Neighbors who watched the two day project marveled at the crews dedication and work ethic on the hottest summer days. Several days ago noticed squirrels nesting at a corner of the roof. Called Beal's office and they had a repairman (Tony W.) out within one day. Tony fixed the problem and Beal Roofing covered the repair under warranty. A kind and generous gesture. Also had a follow-up call from Beal's office to ensure the repairs were to my satisfaction. Beal Roofing gives first class service to customers from start to finish and great service thereafter. I will use Beal again and highly recommended this business.

I contacted John Beal Roofing ( Ashley, awesome salesman!) after I was ripped off by Redeemed Renovations of Granite City, IL ( I filed my complaint here on Redeemed Renovations). John Beal quoted $5,000 for my front roof and deck roof, but ended up doing the whole roof. They came in with a week and half at 6:15 am and knocked it out in one day. The crew was awesome. They cleaned up the area very well. The workmanship was beautiful. I am ecstatic to finally have this home repair project done. My neighbor and I both have John Beal roofs and are very pleased with how it has turned out and best thing is we both have warranties that mean something.

Excellent job as far as workmanship, came out and fixed problems immediately, found a broken corner on siding they replaced the whole corner, cleaned up better than I expected as far as finding roofing nails and materials in yard

A very positive experience from the beginning! Choosing a new roof was a daunting proposition but John Beal made it a very pleasant and easy experience. The crew arrived on time and work was completed the same day. All debris was removed and our new roof looks fantastic. I especially would like to thank Tara for all her help through this process.
