I inherited a house from my grandfather when he passed, it needed a lot of work including a new roof. I was on a very tight budget and I knew that a new roof may not be feasible. I called John Beal and a salesman by the name of Greg looked at my roof and skylights. He went over all the options available including styles and colors. He was very upfront on the cost and told me that custom skylights were my best option since mine were so old and leaky. To my surprise everything was very affordable! Greg suggested storm cloud colored shingles saying that it would make my house stand out and he was right it looks amazing. The install went smoothly. A short time later two of my family members had hail damage from a recent storm, I was able to refer them to John beal and received a nice referral incentive. Greg was assigned to them as well and he worked with insurance, everything was covered except for their deductible. Very convenient. Thank you John Beal Roofing!

They put a roof on our new home purchase in High Ridge in December of 2016 and not only did they give me a great roof but the best price. They even did some extra things at no charge. Clean up reflects so much about a contractor and it was superb. Ultimately they delivered the product as per contracted in a timely manner with no surprises. I recently used John Beal to install a new roof - after having used them in the past for some minor storm damage repairs - and couldn't be happier. Beginning with Nate and finishing with Jorge and his excellent crew my wife and I are very happy with our new roof. All the people I encountered with John Beal were easy and pleasant to work with. The crew was excellent and the clean-up was more than expected. They even cleaned up a broken flower pot that I had broken the day before (but had not yet gotten around to picking up) and it was impossible to tell that a roof was replaced earlier in the day. Our roof looks great and I no longer worry when we get spring storms. Hats off to John Beal Roofing!

I have never been so impressed with a group of workers in my entire life. These men are installing a new roof on our home and even though they are not finished i had to take time to compliment them. Their work ethic is outstanding, they are without question the hardest working group of men I've seen in a life time. I would rate them 5 + in every category. They are team oriented, respectful of our property and the price was the best out of 4 bids. John Beal can be proud of these men they are protecting and building his reputation. I would recommend these men to anyone and i never do that.
