Robert T. Des Peres, MO 63131 Roof Replacement June 22, 2017

I had a new roof put on June 12th, 2017. The weather was brutally hot that week, temperatures were about 100 degrees and the installers worked the first day from about 7:00am till it got dark. Amazing. They had to come back and finish the job the second day which was just as hot. I only had a couple of minor complaints which were taken care of onsite. Prior to choosing John Beal, I was openly taking bids for a new roof from many different roofers. I chose John Beal because of their salesman Matt. He was credible, straight forward and his experience in roofing was evident. Their bid turned out to be the lowest and after I signed the contract, he went to bat for me with my insurance company and got them to pay for a new skylight (after they initially refused to do so), and to pay for additional ice and water shield to cover the entire low pitch portion of my roof. I was very grateful he stepped in for me and fought for us. He and the others at John Beal had the expertise and experience to win over my insurance company. The fact that I did not have to argue with them was a great relief.
