TAMKO StormFighter FLEX Questions
How many TAMKO StormFighter FLEX colors can I get in the Midwest?
8: Black Walnut, Olde English Pewter, Oxford Grey, Rustic Black, Rustic Cedar, Rustic Slate, Thunderstorm Grey, Weathered Wood. TAMKO's color availability depends on which plant supplies your area, and these are the colors from the plants that supply Missouri, Kansas and the surrounding region. We confirm stock with our supplier when we write your estimate.
Does a Class 4 shingle mean hail damage is covered?
No. UL 2218 Class 4 is the top rating in a lab impact test, not a hail warranty. Many Midwest homeowners still pick a Class 4 shingle for the extra impact resistance, and some insurers offer a discount for it. Check with your agent. If you want an actual hail warranty, look at TAMKO HailGuard.

TAMKO uses the same color images across lines, so a swatch or home photo may show that color on a sister TAMKO line. On-screen color varies from the actual shingle. Warranty coverage, including any hail or wind warranty, is set by TAMKO's limited warranty and application requirements, and UL 2218 impact ratings are lab test results.
