We repair roofs across Carterville and Williamson County year-round, including the February calls nobody else wants to take.
If it is an emergency right now
Call and a person will answer, day or night. For active water we protect first — tarping documented with photographs taken before the cover goes on, because once a roof is dried in the evidence for your claim is gone — then schedule the permanent repair.
How the work goes
- Free inspection. Every slope photographed, findings shown to you.
- Written itemized price. Scope, materials and warranty on paper.
- Insurance, if it applies. We document the damage and meet your adjuster at the property.
- Permits and scheduling. We pull what your jurisdiction requires.
- The work. Decking checked, flashing replaced, ventilation corrected, valleys detailed.
- Cleanup and final walk. Magnet sweep for nails, walked with you before we leave.
Signs your roof needs looking at
- Granules collecting in gutters or at splash blocks
- Shingles curled, cupped, creased or missing after wind
- Dark bruised spots in the shingle surface after hail
- Ceiling stains, especially near chimneys and bath vents
- Daylight in the attic or damp insulation
- A roof past twenty years never professionally inspected

Frequently asked questions
- Is the roof inspection free?
- Free, and it includes actually locating the leak rather than eyeballing the roof. You keep the photographs and the written Carterville scope.
- Do you offer financing?
- Usually beside the point on a repair - the ticket is small. Lenders are available for larger scopes, quoted in writing first.
- What warranty do you offer?
- Written workmanship warranty on the repaired section, and a correct repair does not disturb the manufacturer's coverage elsewhere on the roof.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes - Illinois state roofing contractor license plus full insurance. Ask every contractor working a Carterville roof for both, and verify the license is current.
