Roofing sales in Columbia / Jefferson City — no experience required
This is the role that drives everything else at this company. You meet homeowners after a storm or at the end of a roof's life, get on the roof, document what you find, explain it in plain language, and carry the job through to a finished roof. Earnings start at $100,000 a year and are commission-based, so what you make follows what you sell and how well you take care of people.
What you will actually do
- Inspect roofs. Get on the roof, photograph and measure damage, and document it slope by slope.
- Educate, don't pressure. Walk homeowners through what you found and what their options are. We sell by being the honest one in the driveway.
- Work insurance claims. Meet adjusters on site and make sure the scope reflects the damage the policy owes. We train you on this — it is the part most people have never done before.
- Own the relationship. Stay with your customer from the first inspection through the finished roof and the final walkthrough.
- Build your territory across Columbia, MO, Jefferson City, MO, Moberly, MO, Fulton, MO, Mexico, MO, Boonville, MO, Ashland, MO, Holts Summit, MO, Centralia, MO, California, MO and the surrounding Columbia / Jefferson City area.

- No experience necessary. Some of our strongest people came from restaurants, retail, construction and the military.
- You cannot be afraid of heights. This job puts you on roofs. If that is a problem, this is the wrong role — and that is fine, we hire for other positions too.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn roofing, insurance and claims knowledge you can build a long career on.
- Comfort talking with homeowners and following through on what you promised.
