Repair first when the roof has life left
Not every leak means a new roof. A cracked pipe boot, a lifted ridge cap or a failed chimney flashing can be fixed for a fraction of a replacement, and we will tell you when that is the right call. We look at the age and condition of the whole roof before recommending anything.
Where Farmington roofs usually leak
- Chimney and wall flashing on older downtown homes
- Pipe boots whose rubber collars have cracked in the sun
- Valleys clogged by leaves from mature oaks and maples
- Tie-ins where porches and additions meet the main roof — common in Desloge and Park Hills
- Wind-lifted shingles along the ridge and rakes after spring storms
Emergency leaks
If water is coming in, call 573-343-8993 day or night. We will stop the water with a tarp or temporary patch, photograph the damage before it is covered, and schedule the permanent repair.
What a repair visit includes
We find the source rather than the stain, repair it with materials that match your roof as closely as possible, and send photos of the before and after so you can see exactly what was done.

Frequently asked questions
Can you match my existing shingles?
We match color and profile as closely as current production allows and show you the options before we start.
How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends on the cause and access. We give you a written price after the inspection, before any work begins.
When is repair not worth it?
When the shingles are brittle, curling or losing granules across the whole roof, repairs tend to chase leaks. We will show you photos and explain why.
