Recent project: Saint Patrick Lane, Florissant, MO 63031
Completed October 2026. A 17-square roof replacement on Saint Patrick Lane in Florissant, MO 63031. Installed: Owens Corning Duration shingles, ice and water shield, starter strip, Owens Corning hip and ridge cap, Lomanco Omni Roll ridge vent and synthetic underlayment. Every roof we install carries our lifetime workmanship warranty.
63031 covers the northern half of Florissant, from Old Town and the Saint Ferdinand area out through the post-war subdivisions. Most houses are 1950s and 1960s brick ranches and split-levels with simple hip or gable roofs. They're efficient to replace, but many are now on their second or third roof, and decking and ventilation from earlier jobs deserve a close look.
What roof went on Saint Patrick Lane?
A 17-square replacement completed in October 2026: Owens Corning Duration shingles over synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, a starter strip, Owens Corning hip and ridge cap and a Lomanco Omni Roll ridge vent.
What are your crews installing in Florissant right now?
We have 7 sold roof replacements on the schedule across Florissant right now. The shingle lines specified on them: IKO Dynasty (2), Owens Corning Duration (2), GAF Timberline HDZ (1), Owens Corning Supreme (1).
Does Florissant require a roofing permit?
Florissant has its own building division, and we follow its permit requirements for every address inside city limits. We pull the permit; you don't need to visit city hall.
Why do Florissant ranch roofs need ventilation attention?
Low-to-medium pitch ranches often had box vents added piecemeal over the years. Replacing them with a continuous ridge vent and checking soffit intake keeps the attic cooler in summer and drier in winter, which helps the new shingles last.
How close are you to 63031?
