How do you work on narrow lots with alley access?
Material usually comes in and debris goes out through the alley. We plan the dumpster and delivery around the lot and protect neighboring yards, gardens and cars during tear-off.
Why do chimneys leak on older brick homes?
Usually because the flashing was sealed with caulk or tar instead of being rebuilt. We install step flashing and counter-flashing into the mortar joints so the chimney is actually flashed, not just patched.
Can you roof a low-slope rear addition too?
Many South City homes have a shingled main roof and a low-slope rear section. We will tell you what each part needs; shingles are not made for very low slopes.
Is a three-tab shingle appropriate for a South City home?
