Farmington is the St. Francois County seat, set along US-67 in the Old Lead Belt. Homes near the courthouse and downtown are older frame and brick houses; out toward the highway and the edges of town are ranches and newer subdivisions on bigger lots. Hilly, wooded ground and open fields both mean roofs take wind from every direction.
What else we're working on in Farmington: beyond West Lark Circle, more sold roof replacements in 63640 are on our schedule right now. See the finished West Lark Circle project page and our Farmington roofing page.

Who issues roofing permits in Farmington, MO?
Addresses inside city limits go through the City of Farmington; rural 63640 addresses fall under St. Francois County. We confirm the right office and handle the permit.
Why IKO Dynasty on a Farmington roof?
Dynasty is a laminated architectural shingle with IKO's ArmourZone reinforced nailing strip, giving the crew a wide, consistent nailing target. With IKO's matching starter and ridge cap it delivers a dimensional look without a premium-line price.
Can a smaller roof be a one-day job?
Usually. A 15-square roof is typically torn off and installed in a single day in good weather, with cleanup and a magnet sweep before the crew leaves.
How far is Farmington from your crews?
