Roof replacement in Chesterfield (63017)
Much of Chesterfield's 63017 ZIP was built out in subdivisions from the 1970s through the 1990s: two-story homes with several gables, attached garages and roof-to-wall transitions where a lower roof runs into a second-story wall. Those sidewall and step-flashing details are the most common source of leaks we're called about in West County, and they're exactly what gets rebuilt during a replacement.

The Owens Corning system on Cherry Glen Court
OC Duration uses Owens Corning's SureNail strip, a woven reinforced band across the nailing line that improves fastener grip and gives installers a clear target. Along the edges we used OC Starter, and the peaks were capped with OC ProEdge Hip & Ridge so the finished roof matches from eave to ridge.
Beneath the shingles: JBI synthetic underlayment over the whole deck and Alco ice and water membrane at the eaves and valleys. A continuous Lomanco Omni Roll ridge vent handles attic exhaust.
