Lake houses and second homes
At the lake, the person who owns the house is often hours away in St. Louis or Kansas City when a storm comes through. A neighbor texts a photo of a missing section of roof, and the owner has no way to get a tarp on before the next round of rain. That is exactly the call we take.
Lake homes face open water and take wind straight off the main channel. Steep wooded lots, long stairways and tight parking make access harder than in town. Tell us where to park and how to get to the roof, and we will plan around it.
Around the lake
Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Camdenton, Sunrise Beach, Laurie, Eldon, Linn Creek and homes along the main channel and the Gravois, Niangua and Osage arms.
Before the crew arrives
- If you are out of town, ask a neighbor to send photos, then call us with the address and access details.
- Tell us lockbox or gate codes and where we can park.
- Let us know if the power is off. Sump pumps and dehumidifiers may be down too.
- Call (573) 343-8993. We send before and after photos so you see the work from home.
